Farflungfamilies.net is the website of a research project which examines the representation of the diasporic family in contemporary cinema. The project is funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council of Great Britain. It provides information about relevant films and resources, forthcoming events and an interactive discussion forum.
The website went live in October 2010 but is currently still under construction.
